Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking & Deposits • Arrive on time. • 30% deposit required (goes toward final cost). • Card or cash only. No Zelle. • Clients must be 10+. No guests or children allowed. 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair & Extensions • Braiding hair not included. Bring your preferred extensions. • Premium hair is available at the salon. • For curly styles, bring synthetic/human hair (brands: Freetress, Mayde - Deep Twist). • Text 24 hrs before to confirm color availability. • Ruwa Hair & PJ Luxury Hair are available for purchase. • Bohemian styles require 3 packs. Extra packs = $100 each. ❌ Cancellations & Changes • Cancel at least 48 hrs in advance. • No same-day style changes. • Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the salon cancels. ⏱ Late Policy • 10 min grace period. • 11–15 min late = $20 fee (or cancel). • 20+ min = cancellation. • No Call / No Show = deposit forfeited + 50% service charge. 🧼 Hair Preparation • Hair must be washed & product-free for at least 3 days before appointment. • Must be detangled & blow-dried (root to tip). • Hair under-prepped = cancellation or fee. • Hair must be at least 3 inches. • Notify us of any scalp issues (bald spots, breakage, etc.). • Style time varies based on hair texture. 🧾 Human Hair Drop-off • Buy hair 3+ days before the appointment. • Buying from PJ? Select “Appointment Ready”. • Bought elsewhere? Drop off 2 days before or risk cancellation. • PJ is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. ⚠️ Allergies / Sensitivities • Inform us of any hair/product allergies. • Hair wash is available to reduce irritation. • Not sure?
